Anyone of the authors of the accepted paper should be registered to the conference.
The Conference registration fee includes virtual admission to all technical and paper presentation sessions, conference kit and e-certificate(s). The corresponding author’s email address will be used by Springer to provide authors with information about the publication.
Each article must be accompanied by at least one full registration and payment to guarantee publication. Presenting authors must register and pay the registration fees by the registration deadline mentioned in the conference homepage. Please, send your final paper, springer publishing agreement along with the fee receipt [here]. On receiving and verifying the documents, the organizers will acknowledge the registration.

The paper should be updated according to the review comments sent with the acceptance letter.
The uploaded camera ready paper should be the original source file (Eg. MS Word/Latex) named as paper ID sent in the acceptance letter.
This form can be downloaded [here]. All authors who submit articles to a contributed book must give us explicit permission to publish their work. This is a legal obligation arising from provisions of copyright law that provides you with extra protection. Each corresponding author should print the form, enter the title of the chapter as well as the names of the authors at the top of the form and sign it and return the scanned PDF version of the Publishing Agreement together with the finished manuscript and payment acknowledgement so that we may begin the book's production.. The final file should in a single pdf document.
Note: The details of chapter authors (name and affiliation of corresponding author) given in the Publishing Agreement should be complete, final and correspond to the details given in the manuscript. We cannot accept modifications at a later stage because this is a legal document, and we appreciate your understanding in this issue.

Any cancellation must be made in writing to ICSMDI 2022 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
A full refund, less a cancellation fee of INR 2800/ 40 USD including GST, will be made on registration cancellations received on or before 15 March, 2022.
No refund will be made on any registration cancellation received after 20 March, 2022.
No refund will be made on any registration for any published paper in the proceedings.
